Ann C. Tyler

94, Indianapolis, passed away January 14, 2012. She was born November 10, 1917 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Camillus and Catherine (Robertson) Mattingly. She retired from L. S. Ayres after 35 years of service. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Tyler, five sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her son, James S. Tyler, Jr. (Delia), Atlanta, GA, and former daughter-in-law, Sally, and their children, Amy Tyler, Columbus, OH and James Tyler, Portland, OR, and great-grandchildren, Preston and Grace; son, Thomas Tyler (Sharon), Ocala, FL, and their children, Matthew Tyler, Portland, OR, and Lori (Tyler) Ginter (Ronald), Scottsdale, AZ; and son, Anthony Tyler (Denise), Indianapolis, and their children, Kim and Chris Tyler.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 19 at 11 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 1827 Kessler Boulevard East Drive. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 18 from 5-8 PM, with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple, 1305 E. Broad Ripple Avenue. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church, 1827 Kessler Boulevard East Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46220
